Q. I think that plastic sergons will come up with a procedure that reshapes your fat so it looks like muscle. Poeple will stop working out to look good, instead of the gym, it will be Micky Ds for a gut busting workout and then off to the to the doctors.

A. you can sign up with the mail preference service that stops junk mail being sent to you, but as for the letters you are getting with regards to products, simply write on the envelope, return to sender and stick it back in the post, or do as I did and send back the torn up letters with a note saying I am not interested in the pre paid envelope that comes with the letter.
